Number whatever in the ongoing series of "What the heck is the Inquirer thinking?":

 

This morning's lead story in Galion's daily newspaper is entitled "City faces fiscal emergency in 2011." What a strange headline, as Galion has been in fiscal emergency for several years now.

 

I also find it difficult to believe that this reporter was at the same meeting that the GalionLive reporter was at, based on the coverage and stories.
