Wow what a game, could it have been a better nail biter than what it was?

The offense looked good well until McCoy came in anyway. The defensive line was downright horrible, no penetration what so ever but if there was a bright spot it on the D it is T.J. Ward and Hayden they both played very well.  We have to give old school his props Dawson kicked 2 high pressure field goals and it looked like he had the leg to back it up another 10 yards or so.

This was a great start and let’s hope they can build on the foundation that has been laid for them.

Thoughts anyone?

I was impressed with both first team O and D. I wished they would of showed the Cyclone but then never did. Hope we will see it in the next few preseason games. Ive read about it on forums and I guess its amazing to see.

Special teams looked great and was still exciting even though Cribbs wasnt returning anything.

Colt looked like crap but I didnt expect to see anything amazing from him just yet.

Good game though and cant wait for the next one.

Go Browns!!
Credit the Packers O line because our D line never once put pressure on Rogers and the pass coverage left a lot to be desired but once again that can go back to the Packers O line (or our D line) and Rogers having all the time in the world to fire BB’s.

I did kind of like seeing Hayden get burnt on the TD pass just to get it out of his system now when it doesn’t count.

Credit Cribbs he did his job, he drew double coverage and allowed Robiski and Massaquoi to be open in single coverage. The 1st string O line was impressive; Delhomme had time to find the 4th receiver a couple of times.

Boy Steptoe took a few hard shots.

I DO NOT GET TOO EXCITED FOR PRE SEASON GAMES ITS LIKE WATERING YOUR LAWN WITH THE FAUCET ONLY HALF ON,SOME TEAMS WIN ALL PRE SEASON GAMES THEN FALL FLAT ON THERE FACE WHEN THE REAL SEASON STARTS[SEEN THAT A LOT OF TIMES],THE BROWNS LOOK GOOD SO FAR,GLAD HAYDEN RAN OUT OF BOUNDS ON KICKOFF NO SENSE GETTING HURT AT THIS POINT,WHEN DID THE NFL NOT PLAY PRE SEASON GAMES AND STARTED THE SEASON FOR REAL FROM THE GET GO?WAS NOT HAPPY WHEN HAGERTY WAS DRIVEN OFF THE FIELD IN A CART,WE DO NOT NEED HIM TO PLAY ANYWAY LET THAT ANKLE HEAL UP,THE DOCTORS AND TRAINERS MISSED ON THAT ONE,McCOY KNOWS HOW TO SLIDE FOE A FIRST DOWN,THEY SHOULD GO 2-0 WHEN WE GET THINGS STARTED FOR REAL,AFTER THAT ONE GAME AT A TIME. McCOY SHOULD HAVE THROWN THAT PASS UP INTO THE SEATS,HE IS A ROOKIE HE WILL LEARN,WE GOT THE QUATERBACKS TO START THE SEASON,AM REAL HAPPY, WE ARE GOING TO SNEAK UP ON A LOT OF TEAMS THIS YEAR. GO BROWNS FOR THE 55TH YEAR.
