"Whatever you have done and will be able to do, I'm sure that it is greatly appreciated. Cataloging history is an incredibly cumbersome task, to be sure, but one sure feels great when its done!"

When David PIckering and I were in the Ohio Room this afternoon, we did run across a "Your Historical Galion" article on Arthur Poister, and David took a photo of it for his research. You are certainly right in that Doctor Mansfield may well have authored other articles about Arthur over the many decades of his articles. I will e-mail him to ask, and I also expect to see Doc on Saturday night at the Brownella "ghosthunters" event and will ask him in person. His book is at the printers as we speak, and we are all hoping for a late Summer/early Fall publication.

Brian had suggested Virginia Rensch, and I believe may have given David her contact information; I will pass along the name of Dorothy Pfleiderer.

I know that David was going to attempt to contact Herb Krichbaum in Crestline this afternoon, as Herb was also a student of Bessie Todd, and undoubtedly had interface with Arthur over the years. Other Bessie Todd students include Joice Hayden, Doll Cass and Boyd Epperson.

Mom and dad were always taken with you. Mom always wrote about you and your family.

I never got the chance but thank you for reading to us in school. I always loved it when you came.

I was afraid of that. She always wrote to Mom Court at Christmas and she had not done so for the last 2 years. I am so sorry. I hope you are enjoying life in Germany. I remember so well our visits when you lived on Columbus Street. Your Mom and Dad visited us many years ago when we lived in PA. I think he had just gotten out of the service. (around 1969). We were living in a mobile home just west of Philadelphia at the edge of Amish Country. Birgit was so taken by the different lifestyle! I must get going. Our son Jeff and his 4 daughters live with us (his wife died 5 and a half years ago). Always something going on!! Take care. If you ever get to Galion ,do stop in! Mary
