I lived in SLC from 1984 through 1989, graduated from the U of Utah, and worked for American Express in West Valley City. It was a fantastic place to live for a while - my only gripe was that it was at least ten hours car travel to any other large cities (Denver, San Fran, e.g.). My brother ('81 GHS grad) lives there -- he is a Vice-Principal at Roy High School.
